(Not my actual email, it's a family members.)So I'm having some trouble in downloading cc for The Sims 4. When I've downloaded the cc and I try to 'Open' it, it just says something like 'Not valid bencoding'.

I've tried to use Winrar, but again, I never get the choice 'Zip' on the websites I download my cc from (I use Missparaply for hair, clothes and shoes on tumblr and ephiny-asunder for eye-masks on tumblr too) and when I tried to ask my brother, he said that you need the choice to 'Zip' it to use Winrar.Please help!
